A Reflection on 2023

Thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart for choosing me to capture those special memories for you and your loved ones. Nothing has brought me more joy than looking through my camera to see the love, support, joy and fun you have all brought to each session. Having clients like you has brought back my creative side and passionate side for doing things that I love, and that is truly photography. I never dreamed that I would get to photograph such wonderful and beautiful people. Your “just because” sessions, your engagement sessions, your family sessions, and every session in between are all so important to you and your family’s story. Life certainly has a way of moving way too fast and having beautiful photos to look back on are priceless.

This year has taught me so much about myself as a person and as a photographer. I have learned to lean into the imperfections and to be present in the moment. Photography has allowed me to be present in each any every one of your moments so you can look back and smile, feel that warm and fuzzy feeling knowing that that moment has been frozen in time. As your photographer, I hope you keep choosing me and inviting me back to your special moments. So again, thank you and I hope to see all of you again!
