Whenever I do a family session I am always excited when the clients bring their beloved pets! I feel pets are just as much as part of the family as anyone! I had the pleasure of photographing the Hurlbut family as part of their daughter's school PTO fundraiser. It was a gorgeous Saturday and as soon as the car was parked and the doors opened, out jumps two adorable dogs. Being that I am also a animal person, it was wonderful to see the ENTIRE family! Once we got everyone situated, it took some skill to get the pups ready. Mr. and Mrs. Hurlbut were able to have their dogs sit and now the tricky part-getting them to look at me! To my amazement, once I called their names, it was like their were ready for their photo-op. Taking photos of the Hurlbut family was easy as everyone had brought their smiles and positive attitudes.
